Counted among the fastest growing within the metro-Atlanta region in the past 10 years, the area of South Fulton County that is served by the South Fulton Chamber of Commerce is a diverse and thriving economy south of Interstate 20 with hundreds of acres of prime real estate and a business and community friendly culture.

Boasting both rural and urban settings interspersed throughout its 125,000-acre terrain, South Fulton County includes southwest Atlanta, unincorporated Fulton County along Fulton Industrial Boulevard and eight south Fulton County cities, including the cities of South Fulton, Hapeville, East Point, College Park, Fairburn, Union City, Palmetto and Chattahoochee Hills.

Home to a portion of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the region’s main economic powerhouse and the world’s busiest airport, as well as other major passenger and shipping hubs, the region offers businesses easy access to a thriving metropolis, placing businesses just hours away from every major city on the continent.

The South Fulton Chamber works together with local business, three South Fulton County Community Improvement Districts (CIDs), the Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance, the Development Authority of Fulton County and state, city and community leadership to foster a forward-thinking and business-friendly environment. This environment, together with, Federal Opportunity Zone designations, film and entertainment, and other tax credits and incentives continue to attract key industries, including manufacturing, logistics, retail, hospitality,and film and entertainment.
